KEN BROWN ENGRAVING EVENT IS AWASH IN WINE!

It’s probably all consumed by now.

The baskets in front of us hold the engraved bottles not yet claimed by those who purchased them for engraving.  In my hands…and Jason’s, the department manager at the Frisco, Texas, MARKET STREET…are the reams of order forms for the customers who have already taken their bottle(s) for the day.

December 9 was a record-busting day with 300+ wine bottles engraved in just over 9 hours.

With one department manager, three assistants, and one engraver, all perfectly choreographed, the results were beyond any previous team effort for such an event.

Yes, I’m here.  Digging out from a month or more accumulation of emails, snail mail, critiques, local jobs to engrave, and finding my way back to some degree of normalcy after an unequaled season of messages on bottles at dozens of stores in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Georgetown, and the Dallas area.

Our 2012 Seminar schedule in being stitched together with the great possibility of a new venue and some new information to share with this year’s crop of students who should be out there making their own tracks for the 2012 Christmas season.

And…for those who join our numbers early, there is Mother’s Day, Father’s Day to be ready for.  And countless other personal dates before and after those special occasions for customers’ gift needs. Those include births, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, weddings, and divorces.  They all call for a toast and when the bottle from which the refreshment is poured has a poignant message of love, congratulations, encouragement, hope, or good riddance….you could be there collecting the toll for putting those messages on selected bottles of wine and spirits.  Easy money you can learn to make come your way.

For those of you on this list who may have noticed an absence of smoke signals from here in the past 6 weeks or so, the fire is being prepared and the blankets are soaking.  Stand by.

And…as I go back to the accumulated photos, notes, and mountain of information to share, please continue to be graciously patient.  It’s all coming together.

WHAT YOU TAKE FROM HAND-ENGRAVING POTENTIAL: A BIG BITE.

LITTLE CHAIR OR BIG SPOON?

Big spoon.

Open wide.  Your mind, of course.

Your handwriting is illegible.  Maybe better.

You’re convinced Calligraphy is beyond your realm.

You’re salivating to find a fresh, new source of revenue.

You’re replaying the ideas and possibilities in your head, but no action.

Your present handwriting has NO bearing on learning this.

You CAN learn.  Others with less guts and grit than you, have done it successfully.

When you consider the enormous earning potential, you may decide this is it.  But you have questions.

Total of four seats left in the October & November classes.

Call me and ask your questions.
