This happy young lady has a great bottle of Macallan Scotch engraved for her Dad. She’s happy. Dad was happy getting it. The store was happy having the event. The engraver was ecstatic. I know, because it was me. There are more events than I can handle, not just in my area but ANYWHERE wine and spirits are sold. It’s the same for my engravers in their area too. Problem is, not enough engravers for all the areas.
This bottle was done in Austin, Texas, in 2012. A used, #4 carbide bur did the trick, with no guidelines. The job took less than 3 minutes. The girl bought the bottle first; the engraving was FREE. IF the class fills to a max of 8 students, everyone gets a 10% cash rebate of their class fee during the first night of class. Three seats are left to fill at this moment.
Deadline for OCTOBER EVENT is September 8. Next event after that tentatively scheduled for March, 2016.
