This happy young lady has a great bottle of Macallan Scotch engraved for her Dad. She’s happy. Dad was happy getting it. The store was happy having the event. The engraver was ecstatic. I know, because it was me. There are more events than I can handle, not just in my area but ANYWHERE wine and spirits are sold. It’s the same for my engravers in their area too. Problem is, not enough engravers for all the areas.
This bottle was done in Austin, Texas, in 2012. A used, #4 carbide bur did the trick, with no guidelines. The job took less than 3 minutes. The girl bought the bottle first; the engraving was FREE. The liquor distributor wrote the check to me for a day of engraving. Also bought my plane ticket and hotel. Squired me to and from, so no rent car or hassles. Learn how all this works. It will be your best decision of the year for your future.
