    Hi Ken,

    I believe that the one word is “Promotion”.
    Estee Lauder wanted to put their products in front of people as samples.
    That way, those who saw the samples, will be inclined to buy an Estee Lauder compact or one of their products so they can get their compact as a gift.

    Hi Ken,

    I didn’t receive part 3. It probably got lost out there in the huge WEB we use. From what I was able to read here is my best guess, and thanks for sharing your great stories.

    In a single word “Perceptions”
    Perceptions are not always what they seem.
    What may seem like the smallest of jobs may turn out to be huge.
    The smallest of gifts or samples we give may bring us great opportunities.
    What may seem to be impossible is doable.
    You must have the passion.
