The layout and bur size were determined. Each line of engraving was ‘drafted’ on frosted tape for position, then engraved letter-by-letter to line up directly below the tape draft above.

The name was put on the top of the gun with the same bur.

The gun was a gift for the outgoing president from the owner of small-town bank. The fee was $145. The elapsed time was 20 minutes total. The bank Googled for an engraver in the area and my name was listed first.
