Just had a request for another country club event so I’m recycling a newsletter from October 2011. My apologies for the re-play but there’s some good info you may not remember. ALSO… a weekend deal good only today and tomorrow, 7/19 and 7/20/14.
Country clubs continue to be fertile ground for us engravers. If it’s not a tournament for trophies….often swords…to be engraved, it’s something else. The next event is a bridal affair. Fall tournaments will be under way soon and there are often galas, fund-raisers, and special membership parties where I do wine glasses, bottles, and an occasional flask for the bartender.
If you you’re doing engraving, and aren’t hustling the golf crowd you’re missing ongoing opportunities.
